Accidents Happen
Most area rugs are made of wool, silk or a combination of the two. Wool is a resilient material and has natural lanolin and oils within the fiber to act as a barrier and protectant against staining. We use a soap that is in balance with these natural elements and after cleaning we also replenish the lanolin and oils to allow the fiber to draw them in, providing that same protection as the rug(s) are returned to your home.

We use the best products
We use only green and natural products to clean your area rugs. Eco safe and No chemicals translates to a clean rug without the pollutants that most companies use. Our traditional hand wash method has been used for centuries (we have modernized this method of course), but in keeping with the processes that have been proven to be most effective over generations. We also use a natural enzymatic process to remove (Not mask) pet odors and staining, leaving your rug free of contaminants and without odor or discoloration. We are trained in the identification of dyes, fibers and how they were set to ensure they are cleaned properly without the risk of color running or fading of your pieces. In the case that your rug has sustained color bleed damage, we can remove and restore the original color of your rug.
Custom Padding
Pads are important for all area rugs as it provides an extra level of protection against wear. Rugs wear from the backside or knotted side. Walking on them creates friction against the hard surface they lay on (Tile, hardwood/laminate), which in turn wears the knot as opposed to the pile side, (face of rug). A high quality pad prevents this wear, adds cushion and comfort as well as a moisture barrier in the case of flood/water damage within a home.
