 Outside Holidays and Weekends, orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours of order placement.

We'll send you the FedEx tracking # via email once your order has been shipped.

If you're local to the Tucson/Phoenix metropolitan areas, we can arrange local pickup or delivery 

(Phoenix area deliveries: $100.00 charge, including placement of rugs/pads and moving furniture).

Free domestic shipping on all orders over $1,000.00.

All other domestic shipping is flat rate of $45.00. 

International shipping is a flat rate of $95.00

We believe that you should love and adore the vintage or antique rug(s) you receive from ARC.  We will accept returns if you decide the piece just isn't quite the right one or doesn't quite feel like you. 

To Return a purchase, contact us within 3 days of delivery, ship the item back to ARC within 5 days of delivery. All rug(s) must be in the same condition as they were before leaving our shop. Once the return is rece, we deduct shipping costs + a 5% fee from your refund. This fee is to cover the transaction fees paid by ARC from the commerce platform.  If you want to avoid this fee, contact us directly and we can take payment via ACH/Wire or via check. 

 ARC doesn't just sell rugs, we also clean, repair and restore rugs as well, In House.  This provides a very unique perk to all of our clients, the option for trading in their rug, at any time down the road for the highest value possible!  As most of the pieces we sell are Vintage or Antique rugs, they have already had a long life, we can make sure they are cleaned and restored to the highest standard and find them a new home.  So, if they no longer fit into your space, style or color palette, we are happy to exchange them for one that does.  This is what sets us apart from rug dealers in general, our ability to offer you an option of trading your rug, into perpetuity, not just for 7 days.  It could be months or years from original purchase, regardless we will gladly trade in your rug, and apply the value toward another rug that better fits your current space.*   

All rugs sold from ARC are Vintage or Antique and inherently the conditions will vary. Things such as common wear, some discolorations or dye lot changes are considered normal and not defects. We ensure all rugs sold are in usable condition and all perimeters (binding and selvedge) are secure and functional for daily use.  All rugs are professionally cleaned, repaired,and inspected in house by ARC prior to being sold.  We are happy to provide additional photos of rugs and discuss their condition more fully upon request. 

*(All rugs must be evaluated for condition prior to trade in and credit applied for use. Any cleaning/repair costs are the responsibility of the client. Remaining value from original purchase price will be applied as a store credit).
